主な業務内容
- 運営中の再生可能エネルギー資産に関するオペレーションおよびアセットマネジメント業務の推進
- O&Mチームから報告される設備トラブルや自然災害（例：土砂災害）発生時の対応コーディネーション
- 収益影響の分析および関連ステークホルダーとの調整
- 保険会社、EPC事業者、調達部門との連携による復旧・補償対応の推進
- 投資家や金融機関を含む社内外ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションおよび関係構築
- 過去契約や各種契約書を参照しながら、商業面・契約面での意思決定支援
- チームマネジメントおよび組織の業務レベル向上への貢献
応募要件
- アセットマネジメント、事業運営、プロジェクトマネジメント、契約管理などの関連経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
- 商業的な視点を持ち、複数関係者を巻き込みながら業務を推進した経験
- 人材マネジメント経験があれば尚可
- 再生可能エネルギー業界経験は必須ではなく、異業界出身者も歓迎
- 契約書の理解・運用経験がある方歓迎
- 日本語で円滑に業務遂行できる方

Key Responsibilities
- Manage operational and asset management activities for a portfolio of renewable energy assets.
- Act as a key coordinator when operational incidents or asset performance issues occur.
- Assess commercial and revenue impacts arising from operational events and business interruptions.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, EPC contractors, procurement teams, and other stakeholders to drive resolution plans.
- Review and interpret existing contracts, warranties, and commercial agreements to support decision making.
- Build strong relationships with investors, banks, landowners, and internal stakeholders.
- Support team development and contribute to improving operational maturity within the organisation.
Key Requirements
Required Experience
- Experience in asset management, operations management, project management, contract management, or related functions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a commercial environment.
- Experience handling cross-functional coordination and problem-solving activities.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial acumen and ability to evaluate business impacts and contractual obligations.
- Leadership and people management experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and operate in a relatively lean or developing team environment.
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Fluent (required for communication with landowners, local banks, and domestic stakeholders).
- English: Advantageous but not mandatory.
