BIM Coordinator (MEP Engineering & Building Systems)

Join a growing multidisciplinary engineering consultancy supporting complex building projects across sectors including healthcare, higher education, commercial, mission critical, science & technology, and advanced facilities. This opportunity offers the chance to work closely with MEP engineering teams, helping drive BIM standards, model coordination, and project delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and maintain Revit and AutoCAD project models in accordance with company standards and BIM execution plans.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models and manage model sharing, updates, and file maintenance throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate clash detection reviews and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve coordination issues.
  • Support project teams with Revit-related technical guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Assist with the development of BIM standards, templates, libraries, and custom Revit content and families.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent professional experience in BIM, Revit, CAD, or a related discipline.
  • Strong proficiency with Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD in a building systems or engineering environment.
  • Experience supporting multidisciplinary project teams within engineering, consulting, or construction organizations.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with remote and in-office project teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Target salary range: $60,000-$80,000, with flexibility based on experience, qualifications, and location.
