応募資格
- 太陽光発電、再生可能エネルギー、電力インフラ分野における建設管理経験
- 日本国内での太陽光発電またはBESSプロジェクト経験
- EPC管理、サプライヤー管理、契約管理経験
- 高圧（HV）または特別高圧（SHV）プロジェクト経験歓迎
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
- 普通自動車運転免許
- 4年以上の関連業務経験
- チームマネジメント経験
- 高いコミュニケーション能力と問題解決能力

Company Overview
Position Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the construction and delivery of solar PV and BESS projects across Japan
- Identify, evaluate, and manage EPC contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage tendering processes, RFQs, and contractor selection
- Coordinate commercial and contractual negotiations with suppliers and construction partners
- Oversee procurement schedules and supply chain activities
- Monitor project budgets, forecasting, and construction cash flow
- Supervise construction activities and site performance
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
- Review and certify project milestones and contractor deliverables
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide regular reporting to senior management and key stakeholders
- Lead and mentor internal teams while driving a culture of execution excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred
- Experience managing solar PV, renewable energy, or power infrastructure projects within Japan
- Demonstrated experience overseeing EPC contractors and construction activities
- Strong understanding of HV or SHV transmission-connected projects
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency
- Business-level English language proficiency
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant construction or project delivery experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
