Senior Water/Wastewater Civil Engineer
Location: Greater Phoenix Area, AZ

Salary: 120,000-180,000 + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
A respected, employee-focused civil engineering consulting firm in the Phoenix market is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of municipal infrastructure projects while taking on increasing responsibility in project delivery, client management, and technical leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Prepare and oversee design calculations, technical reports, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with municipalities, utility districts, and regulatory agencies.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on public infrastructure improvements.
- Support business development efforts, proposals, and client relationship management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
- 6-15+ years of experience in water and/or wastewater engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain Arizona PE through comity.
- Experience with one or more of the following:
- Water distribution systems
- Wastewater collection systems
- Pump stations and force mains
- Water treatment facilities
- Wastewater treatment facilities
- Capital improvement programs
- Strong project management and client-facing skills preferred.
- Experience working with Arizona municipalities is a plus.
