Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operations, growth strategy, and overall performance of an Air Quality and Environmental Compliance team.
- Develop and mentor technical staff, project managers, and emerging leaders.
- Serve as a senior advisor to clients on air permitting, regulatory compliance, emissions reporting, and environmental strategy.
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Oversee project execution, resource planning, financial performance, and quality assurance.
- Represent the organization with regulatory agencies, industry groups, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 8+ years of environmental consulting experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of environmental permitting, compliance programs, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and technical data analysis tools.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex environmental regulations and guide teams through compliance challenges.
