Responsibilities
Lead hydrogeologic investigations and groundwater characterization programs
Design and oversee aquifer testing, pumping tests, slug tests, and groundwater monitoring programs
Evaluate groundwater flow systems, contaminant migration, and hydrogeologic conditions
Direct drilling operations, monitoring well installations, and environmental field programs
Interpret groundwater, geologic, and environmental data to support project objectives
Conduct groundwater modeling and hydrogeologic analyses
Prepare technical reports, conceptual site models, maps, and data evaluations
Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance across project teams
Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client relationships
Support proposal development and business growth initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field
Master's degree with a hydrogeology focus preferred
10+ years of hydrogeology or environmental consulting experience
Strong experience with aquifer testing and groundwater investigations
Experience with groundwater modeling tools such as AQTESOLV, MODFLOW, and MT3D
Knowledge of contaminant fate and transport analysis
Strong technical writing, data interpretation, and communication skills
Experience managing projects and interacting directly with clients
Professional Geologist (PG) or similar licensure preferred
