The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for...
- Designing HVAC and mechanical systems for a variety of building types
- Performing load calculations and energy modeling using industry-standard software
- Preparing engineering studies, reports, and project specifications
- Conducting existing building assessments and HVAC system evaluations
- Coordinating with clients, architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams
- Supporting projects through construction administration activities
- Assisting with project planning and system design from concept through completion
The Mechanical Engineer should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-8 years of HVAC and mechanical design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, building codes, and industry standards
- Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and project coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- LEED accreditation or sustainable design experience
- Project management or multidisciplinary team leadership experience
- Experience with healthcare, education, commercial, or industrial projects
- Construction administration experience
