Nuclear Project Manager
Job Description
Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale EPC, construction management, and infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to client expectations while coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and project controls activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project execution, including safety, quality, schedule, budget, and risk management.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary project contact.
- Manage contracts, subcontracts, change orders, procurement activities, and supplier relationships.
- Oversee project planning, staffing, scheduling, cost control, forecasting, and reporting.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and startup activities.
- Monitor project performance and address risks, issues, and compliance requirements.
- Lead project meetings, stakeholder communications, and executive reporting.
- Support site teams, subcontractors, and project personnel to ensure successful delivery.
- Mentor and develop project team members while driving operational excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7+ years of project management experience in EPC, construction, industrial, energy, infrastructure, or related industries.
- Experience managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, and document control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- OSHA certifications and experience on active construction sites are a plus.
- Nuclear power project experience preferred.
