The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing land development projects from concept through completion while maintaining and growing client relationships. You'll work closely with project engineers, designers, and leadership to deliver high-quality solutions across a diverse project portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing land development projects for private sector clients
- Leading project teams and providing mentorship to engineers and technical staff
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
- Supporting business development initiatives and helping identify new opportunities
- Coordinating project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Working collaboratively across disciplines to ensure successful project execution
- Contributing to the continued growth of the Houston team and market presence
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Approximately 10+ years of land development experience
- Experience managing projects for private sector clients
- Strong project management and client-facing skills
- Ability to mentor and develop junior engineers
- Business development experience or an interest in growing client relationships
- Existing industry relationships or a book of business is beneficial, but not required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
The Team
You'll be joining a close-knit and growing Houston land development team consisting of project managers, engineers, and designers, all supported by an experienced Regional Director. The team is currently expanding to increase capacity and support a strong pipeline of work across Texas.
