We're working with a long-established engineering and technology organisation that delivers automation, controls, and critical infrastructure projects across industrial environments.
As part of continued growth, they're looking to add an OT Security Engineer to support cybersecurity initiatives across operational technology networks and control systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure OT network architectures
- Support cybersecurity assessments, audits, and risk mitigation strategies
- Assist with the development and enforcement of OT security standards and best practices
- Work closely with automation, controls, and IT teams to strengthen security across industrial environments
- Support incident response, vulnerability management, and security monitoring activities
- Ensure compliance with recognised cybersecurity frameworks and industry standards
What They're Looking For
- Experience within OT/ICS cybersecurity environments
- Knowledge of industrial networking including switches, routers, firewalls, and segmentation
- Exposure to SCADA, PLC, DCS, HMI, or other industrial control systems
- Understanding of security frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, or NERC CIP
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting critical infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, energy, or process industries is desirable
