Salary: $160,000 - $185,000 Base Salary + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits
A leading Owner's Representative firm is seeking an MEP Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center developments across Arizona and Texas. This is a client-side leadership role offering the opportunity to oversee some of the most complex and technically challenging mission-critical projects in North America.
This position will require regular travel to active project sites and is ideal for an individual who thrives in fast-paced, highly technical construction environments while working directly with developers, contractors, engineers, and key project stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage all MEP aspects of hyperscale data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover.
- Act as the owner's representative, ensuring project goals, schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Coordinate with general contractors, trade partners, design teams, commissioning agents, and client stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, construction progress, risk mitigation, and reporting activities.
- Lead MEP design reviews, constructability reviews, and technical coordination meetings.
- Review schedules and identify potential risks to project delivery.
- Support procurement efforts and oversee equipment delivery milestones.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Participate in commissioning activities and final project closeout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of hyperscale data center project experience is required.
- Experience delivering mission-critical construction projects valued at $100M+.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and commissioning processes.
- Experience working for an owner, owner's representative, general contractor, or mission-critical consulting firm.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project execution across large-scale programs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively between project locations.
