The Role
This is a client-facing leadership position responsible for managing commercial and residential land development projects from concept through completion. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, mentor junior staff, maintain strong client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage land development projects from planning through permitting and design.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Lead project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Review engineering plans and technical documents.
- Coordinate with municipalities and regulatory agencies.
- Mentor and support engineering staff.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Florida.
- 5+ years of land development engineering experience.
- Experience managing projects independently.
- Strong client communication and relationship management skills.
- Commercial and residential land development experience required.
- Experience with subdivisions, master-planned communities, and large-scale commercial projects preferred.
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 - $175,000
