A growing Florida land development consultancy is seeking a Senior Professional Engineer / Office Leader to establish and lead a new office in either the Tampa Bay or Fort Myers market.

Responsibilities
- Establish and grow a new office location in Tampa or Fort Myers
- Develop and maintain client relationships across the local market
- Lead commercial and residential land development projects
- Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performing local team
- Drive office growth, revenue generation, and strategic initiatives
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality, and client satisfaction
Requirements & Qualifications
- Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
- 5+ years of land development engineering experience
- Established presence within the Tampa Bay or Southwest Florida market
- Strong professional network and industry reputation
- Business development and client management experience
- Commercial and residential land development background
- Experience with subdivisions, master-planned communities, and large-scale development projects
- Proven leadership and project management capabilities
Technical Proficiencies
- AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Site development and land development design
- Stormwater management and drainage systems
- Water and wastewater infrastructure
- Permitting and agency coordination
- Project budgeting, scheduling, and QA/QC oversight
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $150,000 - $210,000
