Are you a licensed architect with a passion for healthcare design and a proven track record of leading complex projects from concept through construction? We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a growing architectural team and play a key role in delivering impactful healthcare projects while mentoring the next generation of professionals.
This is an opportunity for a seasoned architect who enjoys taking ownership of projects, collaborating directly with clients and consultants, and guiding teams through successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare projects through all phases of design and construction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
- Develop and oversee construction documents, specifications, and technical detailing.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop junior architects and production staff.
- Manage project workflows and support the professional growth of team members.
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project planning efforts.
- Utilize Revit to develop and coordinate project documentation.
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented studio culture focused on design excellence and project success.
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect required.
- NCARB certification preferred and accepted for reciprocity purposes.
- 8-25 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong healthcare project experience, including hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, ambulatory care facilities, or similar healthcare environments.
- Experience with additional project types is welcome and will be considered.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit required.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and project delivery processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading project teams and coordinating consultants.
- Proven ability to mentor junior staff and oversee production efforts.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to balance technical excellence with client service and project leadership.
- Track record of successfully delivering complex projects through construction administration.
- Strong tenure and progression within previous architectural firms.
