Key Responsibilities
- Support multiple mechanical construction projects from planning through completion.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Manage change orders, project documentation, schedules, and budgets.
- Interpret HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical plans and specifications.
- Procure materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.
- Provide technical support and resolve project-related issues.
- Monitor project impacts and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
- 3+ years of experience within mechanical construction, HVAC, plumbing, or MEP projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC and building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and plumbing drawings.
- Experience with AutoCAD/CADD and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
