Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Executive / Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects throughout Massachusetts.

This individual will be responsible for project performance, financial oversight, client management, manpower planning, risk mitigation, and leadership of project teams. The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of mechanical construction expertise, financial acumen, and proven leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Oversee multiple HVAC, plumbing, and MEP projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Drive labour productivity, schedule compliance, procurement strategy, and cost control.
• Identify risks early and implement solutions to protect project outcomes.

Financial Management

• Manage project forecasting, cost reporting, budgets, and profitability.
• Review labour productivity and project financial performance.
• Support estimating and preconstruction teams on major pursuits.
• Assist with manpower planning and resource allocation.

Client & Team Development

• Develop long-term relationships with owners, general contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Mentor Project Managers, APMs, and field leaders.
• Establish best practices and drive accountability throughout project teams.
• Support operational improvements and scalable business processes.

Qualifications

Required

• 10+ years of HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, or MEP construction experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role such as Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, Director of Operations, or equivalent.
• Proven success delivering large-scale mechanical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project financials, forecasting, scheduling, manpower planning, and contract management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.

Preferred

• Public-sector and DCAMM project experience.
• Union mechanical construction background.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Experience leading and developing project management teams.
