Location: Raleigh, NC
Compensation: Up to $160,000 DOE
A growing power delivery contractor serving the Southeast is seeking an EPC Project Manager with substation experience to lead utility infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who can oversee projects from estimating and preconstruction through execution and closeout.
What You'll Do
- Manage EPC substation projects from award through completion
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and client relationships
- Coordinate field operations, engineering, subcontractors, and vendors
- Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts
- Track project performance and drive successful project delivery
- Ensure safety, quality, and contract compliance throughout project execution
What You'll Bring
- Experience managing substation, transmission, distribution, or power delivery projects
- EPC project management experience preferred
- Estimating or preconstruction experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of project controls, budgeting, and scheduling
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead project teams
- Utility, electrical construction, or power infrastructure background
