Are you a Building Automation Graphics Engineer who enjoys taking ownership of projects from start to finish?
We're partnered with a rapidly growing building automation company seeking an experienced Graphics Engineer to support major mission-critical and data center projects across the US. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most technically challenging facilities in the industry while developing sophisticated graphical interfaces that operators rely on every day.
You'll have the autonomy to build graphics completely from scratch, creating everything from floorplan integrations to advanced dashboards and intuitive user experiences for critical environments.
The Role
As a Graphics Engineer, you'll be responsible for the full graphics lifecycle, transforming complex building automation systems into highly functional and visually intuitive interfaces.
Rather than simply modifying existing graphics, you'll be expected to develop complete graphics packages from the ground up, working closely with engineering, programming, commissioning, and project teams throughout project delivery.

- Hyperscale Data Centers
- Mission-Critical Facilities
- Critical Infrastructure Projects
- Enterprise Commercial Facilities
Responsibilities
- Design and develop complete BAS graphics packages from scratch
- Create interactive floorplans and equipment graphics
- Develop advanced dashboards and system visualizations
- Build graphical user interfaces that enhance operator experience
- Interpret control drawings, submittals, and sequences of operation
- Configure and integrate graphics with BAS platforms
- Collaborate with engineers, programmers, and commissioning teams
- Ensure graphics meet customer standards and project specifications
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and project delivery activities
- Travel to customer sites as needed throughout project execution
Requirements
- 7+ years of Building Automation industry experience
- Proven experience creating BAS graphics from the ground up
- Strong background designing floorplans, dashboards, and system visualizations
- Experience supporting full project lifecycles
- Ability to interpret HVAC controls drawings and sequences
- Strong understanding of building automation systems and critical environments
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 25-35% as projects require
