Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
- Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
- Prepare presentation materials, finish palettes, FF&E concepts, and design narratives.
- Refine designs based on client and project team feedback.
- Contribute to high-quality presentations that effectively communicate design intent.
Technical Documentation
- Produce coordinated construction documentation, including plans, elevations, details, and schedules.
- Utilize Revit for project modeling and documentation.
- Support interior detailing, code compliance, and accessibility reviews.
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Manage assigned project responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
- Support FF&E, finishes, lighting selections, and technical coordination.
- Participate in project delivery from concept through construction.
Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture.
- 8+ years of experience in an interior design or architectural practice.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with Enscape preferred.
- Rhino, Dynamo, or Grasshopper experience is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of furniture systems, interior materials, accessibility requirements, and construction detailing.
- NCIDQ certification preferred; LEED or WELL accreditation is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project coordination skills.
