- Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, schedule, and client expectations.
- Serving as the technical lead for mechanical engineering design and system selection.
- 8+ years of experience in MEP consulting engineering.
- 2+ years of project leadership or discipline management experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly.
- Strong expertise in HVAC and plumbing system design.
