We're partnering with a leading electrical contractor seeking an experienced leader to oversee large scale projects from preconstruction through completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on managing complex projects, building strong client relationships, and leading high performing teams.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects simultaneously
* Leading Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
* Overseeing budgets, forecasting, scheduling, and project financial performance
* Managing contracts, change orders, procurement, and risk mitigation
* Building long term relationships with clients, general contractors, and stakeholders
* Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
* Mentoring and developing the next generation of project management professionals
We're looking for professionals with:
* 10+ years of electrical construction project management experience
* Experience managing projects with electrical scopes exceeding $20M
* Strong commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, mission critical, education, or data center project experience
* Excellent leadership, financial management, and client relationship skills
* A track record of delivering successful projects from start to finish
