Senior Superintendent - Data Centers

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee large‑scale, mission‑critical construction projects, primarily within the data center sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep field experience from data centers, semiconductor facilities, hospitals, or complex industrial environments, where precision, coordination, and adherence to critical systems standards are essential.

This role is pivotal in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest levels of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on‑site construction activities from groundbreaking through commissioning.
• Manage all field operations, subcontractors, and construction sequencing to ensure on‑time and on-budget delivery.
• Oversee installation of critical infrastructure, including electrical, mechanical, and structural systems.
• Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of zero incidents.
• Conduct daily site walks, coordinate inspections, and resolve field issues proactively.
• Support schedule development and track progress against milestones.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, owners, and trade partners to maintain alignment and clear communication.
• Ensure all work meets quality specifications, industry standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction field experience, ideally including one or more of the following:
  • Data Center construction
  • Semiconductor fabs
  • Hospitals or healthcare facilities
  • Heavy industrial environments
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and mission‑critical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades in fast‑paced, highly technical projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, technical documents, and specifications.
• OSHA certifications or equivalent safety credentials are a plus.
