Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Coordinate product development meetings, including documentation and action tracking
- Maintain issue, risk, and request tracking across multiple tools and platforms
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support change management processes and product documentation control
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Review contracts, funding requests, and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
- Track contract and purchase order status across systems
- Facilitate onboarding of engineering or project support resources
- Manage project milestones and ensure timely delivery of assigned outputs
- Coordinate across vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment
- Support governance, reporting, and escalation processes
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
- Assist with cost tracking, cash flow updates, and project reporting
- Lead weekly meetings and produce recurring progress reports
Requirements
- Experience supporting technical program or project management in a complex environment
- Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in reporting, tracking tools, and project documentation
- Familiarity with contract management and vendor coordination processes
- Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear status updates
- Ability to identify risks and support mitigation planning
- Experience in data center, engineering, or technical project environments is preferred
