Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product development meetings, including documentation and action tracking
• Maintain issue, risk, and request tracking across multiple tools and platforms
• Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation in collaboration with stakeholders
• Support change management processes and product documentation control
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership
• Review contracts, funding requests, and vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance
• Track contract and purchase order status across systems
• Facilitate onboarding of engineering or project support resources
• Manage project milestones and ensure timely delivery of assigned outputs
• Coordinate across vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment
• Support governance, reporting, and escalation processes
• Identify and manage project risks and opportunities
• Assist with cost tracking, cash flow updates, and project reporting
• Lead weekly meetings and produce recurring progress reports

Requirements

• Experience supporting technical program or project management in a complex environment
• Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in reporting, tracking tools, and project documentation
• Familiarity with contract management and vendor coordination processes
• Strong communication skills with ability to provide clear status updates
• Ability to identify risks and support mitigation planning
• Experience in data center, engineering, or technical project environments is preferred
