I'm working with a large employee-owned electrical contractor that's looking for a Senior Electrical Services Manager to lead key client accounts, service operations, and project teams.
This person will oversee electrical service contracts, manage client relationships, support business development efforts, and lead a team of project and service professionals.
What they're looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in electrical construction, service, or facilities management
- Strong background in project management and client-facing operations
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and service contracts
- Ability to grow and maintain long-term customer relationships
Compensation: $130K-$170K base + bonus
Travel: Up to 50%
