We are seeking a Survey Technician to support a variety of land development, transportation, utility, and infrastructure projects. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career with a firm that offers exposure to both field and office-based surveying operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare survey data collected from field crews
- Assist with boundary, topographic, ALTA, utility, and construction surveys
- Draft survey plats, maps, and exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software
- Perform calculations, data analysis, and quality control reviews
- Coordinate with survey crews, project managers, engineers, and clients
- Maintain project documentation and assist with deliverable preparation
Qualifications:
- Experience in land surveying, geomatics, civil engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
- Knowledge of survey principles, terminology, and field procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
