Qualifications

- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license required

- Proven track record of developing client relationships and generating new business opportunities.
- Strong team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing professionals.
- Capable of managing multiple assignments simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
