Senior Water/Wastewater Project Manager
An established employee-owned engineering consulting firm is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join its growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of municipal and industrial infrastructure projects while collaborating with technical specialists in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
The successful candidate will provide leadership across the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction, and operational support for water and wastewater systems. You will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet schedule, budget, and performance objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and deliver water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical expertise in the planning and design of water and wastewater facilities and systems.
- Support projects involving pumping systems, process and mechanical piping, valves, and related equipment.
- Coordinate project delivery from concept through construction and commissioning.

- Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- Experience planning and designing water and/or wastewater systems.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.
- Team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Active involvement in professional industry organizations is advantageous.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 10+ years of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience.
- Previous project management experience.
