Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities for SPV/SPC entities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Deliver financial analysis and insights to senior management and business leaders
- Partner with stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decision-making
- Evaluate financial risks and provide recommendations to mitigate exposure
- Drive process improvements and contribute to the growth of the finance function
Key Requirements
Required Experience
- Relevant accounting and finance experience
- Experience managing SPV or SPC accounting structures
- Proven track record of partnering with business stakeholders and decision-makers
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence business decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business proficiency required
- English: Business proficiency required
