Title: Director of Land Development
Our client is an established private consultancy firm specializing in civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects. They are seeking to hire a talented and experienced Director of Land Development who will be responsible for overseeing the design and management of high-quality land development plans that ensure our client's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
- Develop business strategies to attract new customers while maintaining existing ones.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers within target markets.
- Develop proposals, presentations, marketing materials etc., as required by potential or current clients.
Project Management
- Oversee all aspects of project execution from conception through completion including budgeting, scheduling resources allocation among other tasks related thereto;
-Liaise between various departments involved such as legal counsel team members contractors owners tenants government officials regulatory agencies lenders investors insurers engineers architects planners surveyors environmental consultants appraisers accountants tax experts financial advisers community groups neighboring property owner associations;
Leadership
-Manage current and future junior engineers and project managers through project oversight, team building, and leadership capabilities.

Qualifications:
To excel at this role you should possess most if not all qualifications below:
