- 複数の発電所における施設・資産管理業務を統括
- 発電所の運営状況、設備稼働率、保守計画およびパフォーマンスの管理
- 技術的・財務的・商業的な課題の解決およびリスク管理
- 外部オペレーター、ベンダー、パートナーとの関係構築およびマネジメント
- 予算策定、事業計画、収益性分析など財務面でのサポート
- 経営層に対するレポーティングおよび戦略的提言
- チームの育成、マネジメントおよび組織力強化
- 資産価値向上に向けた改善施策の立案・実行

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational and asset management activities across multiple power plants
- Drive asset performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation
- Resolve technical, financial, and commercial issues impacting asset performance
- Manage relationships with operators, contractors, service providers, and key stakeholders
- Support budgeting, business planning, financial analysis, and investment decisions
- Provide strategic recommendations and performance reporting to senior leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize asset outcomes
Key Requirements
Required Experience
- Experience within the power generation, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector
- Strong understanding of power plant operations and asset management
- Experience managing multiple facilities, assets, or operational sites
- Proven people management and leadership experience
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to balance technical, financial, and commercial considerations
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with a focus on business outcomes and asset value creation
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Business proficiency required
