Position Summary/ ポジション概要

We are seeking an experienced EPC Project Manager to oversee the engineering, procurement, and construction phases of utility-scale solar projects from Ready-to-Build through commercial operation.
ユーティリティ規模の太陽光発電プロジェクトにおいて、Ready-to-Build段階から商業運転開始までのEPC（設計・調達・建設）全体を管理する経験豊富なEPCプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。
This role will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
本ポジションは、プロジェクトを安全かつ期限内、予算内で完遂し、関連法規制を遵守しながら推進する責任を担います。
You will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, finance, legal, external contractors, consultants, and government authorities throughout the project lifecycle.
プロジェクト期間を通じて、エンジニアリング、調達、建設、財務、法務チームに加え、外部請負業者、コンサルタント、行政機関と密接に連携していただきます。

Key Responsibilities / 主な業務内容

* Manage solar project engineering, procurement, and construction activities from Ready-to-Build through project completion and asset handover.
* Ready-to-Build段階からプロジェクト完工および資産引渡しまで、太陽光発電プロジェクトの設計・調達・建設業務を統括管理する。
* Lead design review meetings and coordinate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
* 設計レビュー会議を主導し、社内外ステークホルダーとの技術的な調整を行う。
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and construction departments to achieve project milestones.
* エンジニアリング、財務、法務、調達、建設部門などの関係部署を調整し、プロジェクトマイルストーン達成を推進する。
* Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
* プロジェクト実行計画、工程表、予算計画およびリスク管理計画を策定する。
* Conduct project risk assessments and implement mitigation measures throughout the project lifecycle.
* プロジェクト期間全体を通じてリスク評価を実施し、適切なリスク低減策を実行する。
* Support EPC contract negotiations, proposal evaluations, and procurement activities.
* EPC契約交渉、提案評価および調達活動をサポートする。
* Ensure compliance with local government, prefectural, environmental, and construction regulations.
* 地方自治体、都道府県、環境関連および建設関連法規への適合を確保する。
* Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and stakeholder meetings.
* 定期的な現場視察および関係者会議を通じて建設進捗を管理する。
* Identify and resolve project, interconnection, and access-related constraints to maintain project momentum.
* 系統連系やアクセスを含む各種課題を特定・解決し、プロジェクト推進を確実に行う。
* Take ownership of project delivery, budget performance, quality standards, and commercial outcomes.
* プロジェクト納期、予算、品質基準および事業成果に対して責任を持つ。

Requirements / 応募資格

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical discipline.工学または関連する技術分野の学士号以上を有する方。
  • 5-10 years of project management experience within renewable energy, power generation, infrastructure, or EPC environments.再生可能エネルギー、発電、インフラ、またはEPC業界でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験5〜10年。
  • Demonstrated experience managing utility-scale solar projects is highly preferred.大規模太陽光発電プロジェクトの管理経験をお持ちの方を歓迎します。
  • Advanced Japanese communication skills 日本語能力上級レベル
  • Advanced English communication skills 英語能力上級レベル（Level 2以上）。
  • Strong understanding of EPC contracting structures and commercial agreements. EPC契約および商業契約に関する深い理解を有する方。
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, PVcase, and Microsoft Excel. AutoCAD、PVsyst、PVcase、およびMicrosoft Excelの実務経験を有する方。
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites across Japan. 有効な運転免許証を保有し、日本国内のプロジェクト現場への出張が可能な方。
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills. 優れたリーダーシップ、ステークホルダーマネジメント、問題解決能力、およびコミュニケーション能力を有する方。
