A respected mechanical contractor in Wisconsin is looking to add an experienced HVAC Service Technician to its growing service team.
This opportunity is ideal for a technician who enjoys working independently, solving complex HVAC issues, and building strong relationships with customers. The role is focused entirely on the service side of the business, supporting a variety of commercial and industrial clients throughout the Milwaukee area.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting
- Deliver high-quality customer service in the field
- Manage service calls independently
- Maintain accurate service documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- 10+ years preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
- Experience servicing a broad range of HVAC systems
- Union membership preferred, or willingness to join
- Well-rounded HVAC background preferred over refrigeration-only experience
Territory
- Primarily Milwaukee and surrounding areas
- Occasional travel to Madison and Green Bay
- Minimal overnight travel
