Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations for assigned trades, self-perform work, or major project scopes.
- Develop, communicate, and implement detailed work plans and execution strategies.
- Ensure all work activities are performed in accordance with project schedules, contract documents, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Coordinate field activities with project management, subcontractors, owners, inspectors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor manpower, production rates, productivity metrics, and schedule performance.
- Oversee jobsite logistics, material flow, access planning, and sequencing activities.
- Maintain compliance with permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
- Enforce project safety programs and promote a zero-incident culture.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and proactively resolve field coordination challenges.
- Manage quality control processes and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Track labor, material, and equipment requirements while supporting project forecasting efforts.
- Mentor field staff and contribute to the development of future construction leaders.
Desired Background
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 7-10 years of superintendent experience on commercial, industrial, institutional, healthcare, manufacturing, or other large-scale construction projects valued at $15M+.
- Experience independently leading major project components or entire projects.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
- Strong understanding of field operations, construction sequencing, scheduling, safety, quality control, and subcontractor management.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents.
- Proficiency with construction management, scheduling, and field reporting software.
- Advanced manufacturing project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

- Base salary generally targeted between $140,000 - $180,000+, depending on experience, qualifications, and project background.
