Manager, Electrical Engineering

Overview Lead the development and integration of electrical infrastructure supporting hyperscale data centers, with a focus on onsite power generation including gas turbines, gas engines, microgrids, and hybrid energy systems. This role supports projects from early development through commissioning and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee data center power systems, including generation, distribution, backup power, and utility interconnections.
  • Lead integration of onsite generation solutions such as gas turbines, gas engines, and microgrids.
  • Support equipment selection, design reviews, power system studies, and technical due diligence.
  • Provide oversight during construction, startup, commissioning, and operational readiness.
  • Work with stakeholders to develop reliable, scalable, and resilient power strategies for large data center campuses.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.
  • 8+ years of experience in power generation, data centers, utility-scale energy, or other mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Strong background in power generation systems, substations, utility interconnections, protection & controls, and power studies.
  • Experience with onsite generation, microgrids, energy storage, or large industrial power systems preferred.
  • PE license is a plus.
