A growing multidisciplinary engineering and design consultancy is seeking a Structural Revit/BIM Modeler to support a diverse portfolio of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use building projects. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team that values technical excellence, professional development, and active involvement throughout the design and construction process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working closely with engineers, architects, and consultants to deliver high-quality project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed structural BIM models and construction documents using Revit Structure.
  • Produce plans, framing layouts, elevations, sections, schedules, and related project deliverables.
  • Coordinate structural models with architectural and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve clashes.
  • Assist with BIM standards implementation, family development, and model maintenance.
  • Perform quality reviews of drawings and models to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support project teams through various phases of design and construction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or technical certification in drafting, engineering technology, BIM, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience modeling structural building systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Revit Structure and BIM workflows.
  • Familiarity with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar project collaboration tools.
  • Understanding of structural construction methods, detailing practices, and building documentation standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
