The Opportunity

An established systems integrator is seeking an experienced Security Systems Specialist to support the delivery of large-scale electronic security projects across the New England region.

This is an opportunity to join a growing technical team working on complex enterprise security systems for commercial, healthcare, higher education, government, and critical infrastructure clients. You'll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and support of integrated security solutions while developing your career within an organisation known for investing in its people.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, commission, and start-up electronic security systems
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on integrated security platforms
Support project delivery from installation through final handover
Commission access control, CCTV, video management, and intrusion detection systems
Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and end users
Complete system upgrades, expansions, and software integrations
Resolve technical issues both remotely and on-site
Produce accurate commissioning documentation and reports
Provide technical support and training to customers where required
Ensure installations comply with project specifications and industry standards

Required Experience & Skills

Experience working with enterprise electronic security systems
Strong knowledge of access control and CCTV technologies
Background in installation, commissioning, service, or systems integration
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
Experience supporting large-scale commercial or institutional projects
Strong customer-facing and communication skills
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel locally as needed
