Senior Civil Engineer
An employee-owned engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join its growing Atlanta team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of site development and civil infrastructure projects supporting federal and public-sector clients across the Southeast.
The team is looking for an experienced engineer who can lead projects, support client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the civil practice in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
- Lead site development and civil engineering projects from planning through design and delivery.
- Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, stormwater, and utility designs.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and varied public-sector clients, including military.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE license or ability to obtain reciprocity in Georgia.
- 10+ years of civil engineering experience.
- Strong background in site development, grading, drainage, and stormwater design.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Experience working on public-sector, municipal, or federal projects is strongly preferred.
- Ability to pass security clearance is preferred.
