Senior Construction Project Manager - Eau Claire
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000
An established and growing construction management organization is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead commercial building projects in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative team delivering a mix of commercial projects
· Managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and financial performance
· Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders
· Reviewing project progress and proactively resolving cost, schedule, and quality issues
· Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project documentation
· Supporting preconstruction, procurement, and contractor selection activities
· 10+ years of construction project management experience
· Background with a General Contractor, Construction Manager, Design-Build firm, or Owner's Representative preferred
· Experience managing commercial construction projects
· Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
· Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and cost control
