Senior Electrical Engineer
Atlanta, GA | Hybrid Opportunity

A highly respected AEC consulting firm is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design and delivery of complex electrical systems across a diverse portfolio of projects. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, manage project execution, and serve as a key client-facing resource.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design for power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, grounding, and emergency power systems.
Perform advanced electrical studies including short circuit, coordination, arc flash, and generator sizing analyses.
Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, quality control, and technical deliverables.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams throughout design and construction.
Support proposal development, client presentations, and business development efforts.
Participate in construction administration activities including RFIs, submittal reviews, and site visits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
PE License required.
10+ years of experience within the AEC consulting industry.
Strong knowledge of NEC and applicable building codes.
Proficiency with Revit, SKM Power Tools, AGi32, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven leadership experience managing projects and mentoring technical staff.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
