We're recruiting on behalf of an established engineering firm seeking an experienced Structural Engineer to join its Southern California team. This opportunity offers a hybrid work environment and is open to candidates based across Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego.

About the Role

This is an opportunity for a Structural Engineer with 7+ years of experience who is ready to take on meaningful project responsibility while continuing to grow technically and professionally. The team is open to a range of structural engineering backgrounds and levels of senior experience. Candidates with more than 12 years of experience are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Perform structural analysis and design
Prepare engineering calculations and technical documentation
Coordinate with multidisciplinary project teams
Review drawings and design deliverables
Support projects through design and construction
Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders
Provide technical guidance and mentorship, depending on experience

Qualifications

7+ years of relevant structural engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong structural analysis and design fundamentals
Experience collaborating on multidisciplinary projects
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
PE and/or SE licensure is a plus
Based in Los Angeles, Orange County, or San Diego
