Job Description:
Join a busy survey team supporting multiple active survey crews across a diverse portfolio of public and private sector projects. This is an office-based role focused on survey drafting, mapping, data processing, and the production of high-quality survey deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare survey maps, exhibits, and technical drawings using AutoCAD
  • Process and organize field survey data for project deliverables
  • Perform survey-related calculations and data verification
  • Draft boundary, topographic, ALTA, record, and construction-related maps
  • Coordinate with survey crews, project managers, and technical staff
  • Assist with drone, aerial mapping, and reality capture deliverables
  • Process point cloud and laser scan data for mapping and drafting purposes
  • Maintain quality control and drafting standards across all projects

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of survey drafting, mapping, or CAD experience preferred
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required
  • Experience preparing survey maps and exhibits
  • Understanding of survey calculations and data processing
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Civil 3D, drone data processing, LiDAR, laser scanning, or point cloud software is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation:

  • $80,000 - $120,000 base salary depending on experience
