Position: Heavy Civil Assistant Project Manager
Salary: $120,000-$140,000 + Bonus(s)
We are seeking a Heavy Civil Assistant Project Manager to join one of the leading General Contractors in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
Experience:
- Experience in heavy civil construction, including roads, bridges, and utilities
- Experience in project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Experience in interpreting construction plans and specifications
- Experience in managing project documentation and records
