Duties, Responsibilities & Other

Must be a highly self-motivated dynamic individual.
Directly reports to Regional Practice Leader.
Serves as a Practice Leader in the Environmental Discipline.
Build a water/wastewater engineering practice within discipline/practice area and assigned operating region.
Responsible for staff development, project execution, and procurement of work.
Assists in sales activities and maintenance of client relationships.
Prepares technical and fee proposals.
Participates in the preparation of designs and contract documents, as required.
Performs QA/QC reviews for project or task deliverables

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required. Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 -15 years of professional experience.
Appropriate professional certification preferred.
Pre-employment drug screening is a condition of employment. Background and motor vehicle checks may be required based upon position.
