Role and Responsibilities: As a Audiovisual Field Engineer, you will be a vital part of our on-site technical team, responsible for designing, installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex audiovisual systems.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with project managers, designers, and clients to develop tailored AV solutions.
- Leading and assisting with the installation, calibration, and configuration of AV equipment.
- Conducting thorough testing and quality checks to ensure optimal system performance.
- Providing on-site technical support during events or projects, diagnosing and resolving issues.
- Training clients and end-users on proper system usage and maintenance.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing audiovisual systems.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting AV equipment, including displays, speakers, microphones, and control systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., HDMI, Dante, HDBaseT).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
