A new up an coming system integration client of mine are looking for an Automation Engineering Manager. They are growing at a rapid rate and looking for a senior figure to come in and help with their expansion plans.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 10-15 controls engineers developing automation systems for various industries including the Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Material Handling and Consumer Packaged Goods
- Assist in Delegation of Projects and Management of Progress, with Development of Schedules and Target Setting
- Assist Sales Engineers in Winning Projects and Developing New Areas for Expansion
- Development and Support of Junior Engineers
- Step into a Technical Support Role on Larger Projects.
