Project Management: Oversee the entire life cycle of automation projects, from design and prototyping to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in automation technologies and trends, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, software development, and product management, to integrate automation solutions seamlessly into existing systems.
Quality Assurance: Establish and enforce strict quality assurance processes, validating the efficiency, accuracy, and safety of automated systems.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in automation engineering, including at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of automation systems, robotics, PLC programming, SCADA, and other related technologies.
Project Management: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering automation projects on time and within budget.
Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of engineers.
