Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage audiovisual integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
System Design and Configuration:
- Design and engineer commercial audiovisual systems based on client specifications, industry standards, and best practices.
- Configure and program audiovisual equipment, control systems, and signal processing devices to achieve optimal performance.
Installation and Integration:
- Supervise and actively participate in the installation and integration of audiovisual systems, including displays, projectors, sound systems, video conferencing equipment, control panels, and more.
- Ensure proper cable management, equipment rack assembly, and integration of all components.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks on installed systems to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
- Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to maintain optimal performance.
Client Training and Support:
- Provide training to end-users on the operation and maintenance of audiovisual systems.
- Offer ongoing technical support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Documentation:
- Create comprehensive documentation, including system schematics, wiring diagrams, and project reports.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, configurations, and system changes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial audiovisual integration.
- Proficiency in configuring and programming audiovisual equipment, control systems, and signal processors.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices in audiovisual integration.
- Experience with leading and managing audiovisual projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with a variety of audiovisual technologies, including video conferencing systems, digital signage, and streaming media.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D) are a plus.
