We are working with a well respected architecture office that has recently opened a new office in Berlin!
My client is a international architecture office with over 30 years experience that does many projects in: Residential, Office, Public, Schools and Interior.
Due to significant growth over the past 18 months of the office they are looking for a Full time Buroleiter to operate and over see the Berlin Office.
Your Tasks:
- Coordinating construction projects across all services phases
- Liaise with other Buroleiters and partners within the company
- Accompany the design and implementation process through to the final project handover.
- Responsible for the planning, Budget, Cost & Fee calculation.
Requirements:
- 8-10 Processional experience in Team or office management
- Experience across all service phases
- Communication and leadership skills
- Organised thinking and ability to master complex tasks.
