The ideal candidate should possess a BSCE, with a minimum of ten (10) years of public works experience or equivalent fifteen (15) years of overall work experience. Arizona Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer is desirable.

Coordination of multiple projects concurrently.
MS Office and MS Project proficiency.
Business Development and Technical Experience:
Demonstrated ability to develop business.
Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.
Technical expertise in public agencies, capital improvement projects, design-build projects, pipeline projects, transportation projects, water resources projects, and preliminary engineering design studies.
The role requires extensive experience and demonstrated engineering abilities in all facets of public works infrastructure projects. Interacting effectively with clients and public agencies is essential.
