Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate should possess a BSCE, with a minimum of ten (10) years of public works experience or equivalent fifteen (15) years of overall work experience. Arizona Registration as a Professional Civil Engineer is desirable.

- MS Office and MS Project proficiency.
Business Development and Technical Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to develop business.
- Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions.
- Technical expertise in public agencies, capital improvement projects, design-build projects, pipeline projects, transportation projects, water resources projects, and preliminary engineering design studies.
