This client is a family owned commercial roofing business who has been in the industry for over 50 years. Working solely with commercial clients (government, health care, industrial), this firm is a quality focused employee-centric business looking to grow this year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our client's roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring that safety standards are adhered to at all times. The ideal candidate should have exceptional leadership skills, strong organizational abilities and proven experience in delivering quality results within budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing multiple concurrent commercial roofing projects
- Planning work schedules and allocating resources effectively
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health & safety regulations
- Managing budgets throughout each project life cycle
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of all common single-ply systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM)
- At least 5 years' experience as a Commercial Roofing Project Manager.
- Experience working with government clients (warehouses, hangers) desired
